Vendor Fair- 3-2-1 Dash for Down Syndrome 5k and Fun Run

Thank you for your interest in the 13th Annual 3-2-1 Dash for Down Syndrome 5K and Fun Run! This special event not only raises awareness about Down syndrome but also brings together the community to celebrate and support individuals with Down syndrome around World Down Syndrome Day (March 21).

Here's a summary of the event details for Health and Wellness Vendors:

• Event Date: Saturday, March 22, 2025
• Vendor Arrival Time: 7:00 a.m.
• Runner Check-In: Starts at 7:30 a.m.
• Race Start Time: 8:30 a.m.

Vendor Responsibilities:

• Setup: Arrive by 7:00 a.m. to set up your station.
• Materials to Bring: Tent, table, chairs, and signage for your business or organization.
• Offerings: Health/wellness/nutrition products, promotional swag, or information about your services.
• Please donate a 24 pack of water for the runners (drop off with a volunteer at arrival). As this is a fundraiser for the Down syndrome community, this will assist in lowering some of our event costs.
