Celebrate WDSD with a 'Lucky Few' Tattoo
The Lucky Few tattoo is a simple, minimalist design featuring three arrows, symbolizing “the three 21st chromosomes and how we rise up and move forward.” What began as a bonding moment among a few friends quickly gained attention when pictures of their matching tattoos went viral on social media. This initiative, in partnership with the owners and artists of ReelFly Tattoo near Concord Mills, offers several slots open on World Down Syndrome Day (MARCH 21) for your very own 'Lucky Few' tattoo. The event is open to parents, individuals with Down syndrome, friends, family, and supporters of loved ones with Down syndrome.

DETAILS:
- The artists have generously blocked out their entire day on 3/21 to accommodate as many slots as possible in celebration and awareness of World Down Syndrome Day.
- The cost is a $21 donation per person (if extensive detail then it is $21 x 2= $42 per person), plus tips for the artist (cash, venmo, or cashapp at the time of appointment. ATM available at studio). Please note, these tattoos can cost well over $100+ tip.
- Tattoo Details: The Lucky Few Arrows tattoo can be up to 3 inches in height and allows for personalization. Consultation with artists is encouraged. However, if the desired personalization involves extensive detail (such as watercolor, additional designs, or a size larger than 3 inches), a 2-part donation fee will apply, and you must sign up for (2) time slots as the length of time required will increase.
- The studio anticipates each session lasting about 30 minutes, although this could vary if you are personalizing (as mentioned above). For more information, please consult with the studio at 980-201-9372.
- Participants must be 18+ and meet the Tattoo Shop's Requirements (please call the studio for more information at 980-201-9372).
Once registered, you will receive a link to sign up for your preferred appointment time. There will be several artists available for the entire day of 3/21, and appointments are required. Be sure to finalize your appointment by completing the registration via link provided in your confirmation email.
